Pacific Midwifery’s postpartum package was created to offer the emotional support and necessary assistance with physical recovery after birth. It is the perfect addition to routine obstetric care.

• One initial visit (90 minutes) and three follow-up visits (60 minutes)

• Visits include:

  • Physical assessment of mom 

  • Physical assessment of baby, including weight check

  • Feeding assessment

  • Screenings, as indicated

  • Herbal support for postpartum healing and well-being

  • Referrals for community postpartum resources
